Open Question: Does anyone know the name of this movie?

I believe that this was a tv movie. In it a teenage girl named (Sydney?) moves from the city to the country. She is unhappy with her new life and her father is marrying a new women. In one of the scenes she steals a pair of sunglasses and this other girl who sees her (Jess Waters?) convinces her to give them back. Jess' mom has died of lung cancer two years earlier and she is unimpressed with Sydney's smoking habit. That isn't very much to go off of but if you know the movie please let me know.... Read More »
